Valentine

I had a Valentine post . . . it is somewhere . . . where could I have put it??

Well, we haven't had the internet for a few days (it was kinda nice, actually), so I did want to say a belated happy V-day to all.

I recently found that "list" in my journal. You know, the list they encourage you to make when you're younger about who you want to be, who you want your husband to be, yadda yadda. SO I was reading through this list and all the qualities I listed are EXACTLY what I got in Chad. PLUS, I even got half my wish list (the qualities I knew weren't as important, but I still wanted). What a great valentine day gift to myself- my hubby :)

TEMPLE

Tots likes to help me make dinner. This usually entails her grabbing the old eggcartons hanging around her toys lately and pulling up a chair next to me. She always wants to make eggs (for some reason . . . ). Tonight she made something different:

She called it a temple :)

P.S. Did you know that there is no weekend that surpasses super bowl weekend in the number of people who suffer from chardiac arrest??

What's On

With Tots tucked away in bed by 7:30, 7:45/8:00 has always been bottle/rocking Babes time. This is when I started getting addicted to an 8:00 tv series.

Doc Martin

This show is hilarious. Definitley a British show. It airs on our local PBS station every Saturday night. And I have to watch it. Every Saturday. Because it is SO funny! But I am ashamed. It's only funny because the main character has no people skills. And he absolutely cracks me up. So this Saturday at 8:00, you know what's on at our house!

Downton Abbey

What? You want to know about my second Tv obsession? Well, don't ask. 'Cause I'm so mad. They built it up and built it up. Only to leave me hanging. HUGEly hanging. I thought it was going to be over, waiting for the ending that I am totally expecting . . . 4 episodes of 1.5 hours each, and I think I've paid the price in patience already. But, alas. I was let down. And I have to wait an unknown time to find out what happens at the illustrious Downton Abbey. How lame. I'm so mad.

Yes. It, too, is an 8:00 show!

P.S. All four episodes can be viewed (if you have the time) at the masterpiece classics website until 2/22. But I don't recommend taking the time to come to this ending. You will be mad, too! And it's not as innocent as other classics. That's my disclaimer.
