Gettin' Around

I realize that this title is questionable, BUT, I had to tell you how Breanne is gettin' around these days!!

While most babies prefer the more conventional methods of rolling or crawling, Breanne has decided to invent her own way to move.

She begins by extending her arms out all the way, kinda in a bowing position.

Then she sits up. That's it!

Although you can barely tell, she is actually moving towards a very strategic goal. It was me the other night. We have yet to learn the rest of the destinations her interest will take her, sitting and bowing all the way!!

In the beginning

In the beginning, there was me. . .

And then someone came along and there were two . . .

And then someone came to hang out with us for the rest of eternity, making three . . .

And the beginning of friends is the scariest time for us, but, yes, friends have been made. The first playdates of her life . . .

My little baby is just growing up so fast! *Sniff*

October Festivities

So here are some pictures from everything we did this month to celebrate OCTOBER 2008.

This was the SMOKIN' bonfire at Chad's 'rents.

Don't let this dainty damsel fool you, she is AMAZING at pretty much any food game you can come up with!! (Go Linz!)

She definitley took the cake in this one against Chad.

Then I had my turn against Jane and I knocked her cute lil home-making, halloween plannin' socks off!! YEAH! Go me!

Then I met my match against Linz in a worm finding contest.

I swear that girl is a natural born bird!

But can't you just see the resemblance??
