Chad is HOME!!
YAY!
After 7 LONG days (plus 4 before that) my husband is home. My guilty confession- I actually ENJOYED it some of the time . . . EEEK! SO if you haven't heard from me, picture me as a free spirit, heardly even embodied, and you might have it pretty close to reality. It was nice.
Though it DID cross my mind (more often than I'd like to admit) that Chad was currently in a 5-star hotel in Scottsdale, AZ, eating prepared breakfasts and lunches, and being treated like a king. Here are a few snapshots.
AND it is nice to have him home. (You try saying good-bye for your hubby to take that 9/11 flight -I don't care to where - that was tough.)
In celebration of his safe return, I dragged the family on a picnic up the canyon.

I can't imagine being w/out a husband for so long. YOU are a super woman :) I was thinking of calling you last week, however, now i am glad I didn't. We still need to get together, so let me know when.
