If I Only Had a . . .

. . . CAMERA (you thought I was going to say brain, huh!!)

Today I heard silence. What else could that mean but that something must be brewing. I checked on the two misfits and found Tots demonstrating for Babes the wonders of coloring with a pen on an old envelope.

So, with a small degree of anxiety but mostly relief, I decided to allow it without interruption and went back to dishes (have I mentioned how long it takes to do them when you don't have a dishwasher?? Another post for another day).

Not one cleaned dish later I hear Babes scream. Oh my motherly anxieties were right. I went back to find that Tots had turned to demonstrating the wonders of coloring with a pen on Babes. And there was pen all over babes. It was a sight I would have loved to catch on camera, but alas. No camera. Just a really great (bad tots, bad) memory!
